I have worked on a similar home that was purchased 2020 that is a similar situation only this lot that I have under contract is even more valuable.  

For example, if you say it's important to determine cash flow, then point to some tools for doing the cash flow analyses on TK deals.

As I have been checking on my competition I have seen most of their spring summer Calendars are open.I check the built in tools that Vrbo provides and I can see an uptick in bookings around Spring break weeks right now.

If not, and you're asking about wall and ceilings (and it sounds like you've got tall ceilings that would require some scaffolding or similar tool) then you could look at anything from $2,500 (labor only) for a handyman to do it up to . . . gosh I hate to put a limit on what a paint company would bid, but in my market you could see up to $9,500 for this.
