This suggestion sounds reasonable for us to at least find out the situation of our houses so we did hire a new property manage company to inspect our houses.The inspection reports sacred us: House 1 ("rent-ready") need a $14,000 to get it ready to rent; House 2 required rehab has nothing done.We communicated with Morris Invest about the inspection results.

Because I've been there - more times than I care to admit.The hardly waits will cost you money and you'll make (most often) bad decisions, because your judgment is clouded by your intense dislike of your current situation. 

There isn't a form or form letter that I have found that makes sense in all situations... it's more of a packet.

They are great at commercial lending and can get very creative in certain situations.

It is technically true that you won't see a mathematical "gain" for several months or even years depending on the situation, but a lower rate will immediately increase your cash flow each month which could be a good benefit.

This was a very unique situation that turned out awesome for everyone involved. 

I am also in the same situation, but at the beginning of this process.
