The Madison area is booming, the city or any surrounding suburbs I think can be a good investment. 90 percent of all people who start engineering (any engineering) don’t graduate with that degree.

Hello everyone, I finish my undergrad at San Diego State University this past spring.

Additionally, I feel there are long term tailwinds in terms of population growth/migration, good universities, companies and jobs growth in NC.

Or maybe the IRS will call it a gift and charge gift tax.As silly as it sounds (even with an accounting degree), I truthfully forgot about taxes haha.

I've been given the opportunity to go back to college to get a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development due to a fellowship that I was part of during my undergrad, but i'm hesitant because the whole field is brand new to me.
