This was the route taken for my grandparents cottage and it came out beautifully. 

That is the beauty of this... based on your abilities you can create whatever kind of deal you want.

I wrote another post about this whole experience in the DIY forums.Our first attempt did not go as planned, but still looked interesting.Second attempt/application was more what we wanted and it turned out beautiful!

I have found very few "True" wholesalers so it's always a work in progress. 

It seems like a good deal, but I am wary of too good to be true situations plus I am fairly new to RE investing.

So I was just trying to find out if this is true.
