We are both just under 30 years old, I have a steady, decent paying job, excellent credit, but his career is uncertain and we both have a good amount of student loans.  

How's your real estate career moving along?

I'm hoping to combine all of my experiences into a career in real estate investing, although I'm not sure whether full or part time is best for me currently.Out of my current resources I currently have more time than money and am very interested in starting out as a bird dog or any other way I can be of service.

I am from Charlotte, North Carolina and I decided that I will pursue my Real Estate investing career there, at least for 5-6 years.
