You might want to get some solid leads on who is willing to do the refinance portion of the BRRRR.

I've got what appears to be a great lead on some land in North Houston, in particular, The Woodlands.

The workshop was great but it all lead to the 30k+ mastery course they were trying to sell.

The way this is being presented leads me to believe that you haven't gotten a look at the actuals yet and the owner just gave you a piece of paper with these numbers.  

If they look at what you've provided, they're still obligated to make up their own mind, but, it doesn't hurt to lead the horse to water.. 

I could not find anything related to my question after searching bigger pockets or google, which leads me to believe this may not be possible.
