So then you decide to sell it on a 24 month lease option… This example is simply showing the ability to change plans in mid stream and take what was to be a short term investment and turn it into a long term investment to protect and save the deal and reduce the risk and loss.

It's not big enough to build on and ends up just being a storage area, so it runs about half the value of the other buildable area.The other, is a larger lot that has a stream and woods at the rear, a great retreat and private area.

There has to be some opportunities here - everyone here locally is fighting over deals like dogs for a scrap of meat on a steak bone - I want to find something else to do or create another revenue stream while deal flow is slow and the excess landlords get shaken out of the market by some sort of correction that needs to happen to weed out the bad operators.
