So, it appears no formal eviction will be necessary although I will certainly be warning the local landlords.I feel like I have to knock on wood because this feels like the best-case ending for a weekend that was absolutely nuts!

A warning though - these type tenants tend to have more "drama" than a retailer or some office type.....I've been at this for less than 2 months and already getting sob stories.

Two different attorneys I talked to warned that we might be facing a long (like 3+ month) eviction timeline given the need for certain kinds of documentation, until they realized it was an owner occupied place (before the rule change).
