For the first four properties that I purchased, the loan officers sent me "initial disclosures" which clearly stated the interest rate expected closing, expected monthly payment etc. 

Closed in part of the attic space created an additional 900sq ft living space, also finished the home it was only partially finished.

I am selling my 3 bedroom house right now...it had no pool and was not as close to the water, but stayed booked easily with smaller groups.

This is my first property and would love to hear some feedback on this.The facts/situation:- Original closing date early June.- Tenants were given 30 day notice on May 20th.- Tenants want to stay till the 30th, landlord/seller trying to convince them to move out the 20th.

The ratio is not even close!

I have her staying in the one br while we renovate the other unit she wants to move into so I can begin collecting cashflow.

What I remember so distinctly about acquiring the first rental is how there were a lot of documents and signatures, but no actual money at the closing.

A lot of investors prefer to stay in the C and D neighborhoods because that is where you get the best cash flow.

Its been years since I have done business in Albuquerque but I ALWAYS stayed in the NE.
