All,Can anyone assist or refer someone whom I can speak with that I can speak with about off-market commercial property in D.C.?

My brother does speak some spanish.  

With that said, generally speaking, if you call yourself a business and are doing business, you need a license. 

With that said, I would speak to a local attorney and get guidance on the best course of action.

I put an end to that when 1 woman who complains at least once a week emailed me to ask that I tell the tenants next door to her to pick up the pumpkin that fell off the railing because it was blocking her and her husband from parking their two cars in a 1 car spot.I told her it would be quicker if she just went next door herself and KINDLY asked them to pick up the pumpkin and reminded her she wasn't entitled to having two cars in a spot (one behind the other) when it's technically one space

well I don't know the area so I can't really speak with any authority regarding location....often price point is far below other considerations.

I was asked to come out to Australia to speak to groups in different cities on this subject because we have so many investors out of the country wanting to buy dealsI think it is interesting that I see so many local investors and other investors across the country on the fence, not sure, still waiting for the bottom to drop, doom and gloom etc.. basically either talking themselves out of doing a deal or doing analysis paralysis and the deal is gone before they even make a move.
