We low balled a poorly run 4-plex+studio.

I have built my RE business on finding off market deals, word of mouth, knocking on doors, driving by run down homes, networking with other investors, realtors, Zillow, craigslist, and even tried writing letters (none ever worked).

What sites do you use to run background and credit checks?

@Albon ShawSure they can be expensive , but so can running a new sewer or water line .

I’ve been scanning listings and running numbers on a few houses but havent 100% grasped the concept of it all.

Plumber came out and said that the toilet mechanics needed to be replaced to stop the toilet from running when flushed. 

However, I feel like I run my business out of my truck.

unfortunately, the big problem is labor.we invest in the city over 2M$ and this is still our big problem.in the last year we did 20 single family flips and 4 buildings, project are delay in time and some contractors are running with money also playing games, taking so many works together etc... 

I’d just like the opportunity to get the first hand insights of someone who’s actually purchased and run a park.
