The company that offers this property says they do a full renovation and upgrade of all the major systems so ideally there is a upgrade in the quality of housing.I do plan on driving to Philly sometime soon to actually see the neighborhoods and take my son to the "Please Touch Museum" which my friends have all said awesome things about.
