Something unique to Invelo is our focus on community and offering masterclasses from industry experts. 

The goal is to get a property with 2+ units and with current interest rates, it is hard to find something that will end up cash-flowing after we move out in 1-2 years.

Also no offense please but asking why they are selling is not something experienced buyers will ever ask it makes no difference and half the time they will lie anyway.

I am hung up on taking that leap until I make some connections with people that have done something similar.Currently active duty in the military and trying to set myself and my family up in the next 5 years so when I get out I can be a full time real estate investor.
