It requires an incredible amount of sales & marketing skills above & beyond solid real estate skills to actually make the deals profitable.

Currently wrapping up what has been an extraordinarily challenging shopping center redevelopment project.It never ceases to amaze me how much there is to learn and so I’m eager to meet and interact with the community to take my skills to the next level.  

Meetups are a great way to meet people who can complement your strengths and fill in some of the gaps in your skill set.

Here in Los Angeles many apartment buildings require a soft story retrofit at the tuck-under open face parking side of the building.
