The LLC can simply be made insolvent down the road so the property is generally the only recourse for the lender in that situation.Lenders ask for the kitchen sink for themselves.

I do worry about this especially in the newer bathroom sinks without an overflow but it looks like it can happen with an overflow.Not sure if any alarm could help with this.

i have had houses that were 5 pages long. so it can be anything. you just have to plan on changing anything that does not work. if the bath light is with the outlet, they will call it. if there is a storm door screen ripped, they will call it. if the sink drips,  they will call it. drier pipe has screws?

I purchased a duplex that equator was handling, I believe for Chase bank.The pipes were cut in all the right places but the pipes were not blown out, needless to saytwo new pumps, water heater, pipes, toilet, sink and possible shower now.
