Starting up my first single family home rental.

I know I can't mix the two in a single note, but can I mix IRA and non-IRA money in the same fund?

I'm actively learning about the market in preparation to purchase some single family rentals over the coming years...if you have questions about any specific areas in Dallas-Fort Worth, I am reasonably familiar with most so let me know!

I'm a single mom, working a full time job and side hustling as a photographer (real estate and portraits) and I'm really motivated but I don't have time or money to get steered in the wrong direction.

They manage both Single and Multi for me. 

Our preference would be not to sign anything tethering us to a single agent, but have it be an open secret with realtors in the area that the house is available-Any insights appreciated!

However, if you can find a single tenant with good income and background I would go that route.
