Debtor continues to live in house without paying anything, foreclosure never occursI have approached the homeowner about conducting a short sale and there is no interest.

I had a bad feeling from the start but failed to conduct further due diligence on him.

I don't understand short sales very well, so, I don't know what I don't know.I don't know whether the short sale has a closing date established or not yet...I have not yet processed this prospect through my screening service as I wanted to learn more about implications of their short sale before moving forward.I'd really appreciate some help from experienced BP'ers (@Marcia Maynard ) out there on how to conduct my due diligence around this prospect who is undergoing a short sale.

Question for all you foreclosure buyers out there: How do you conduct your due diligence to make sure all the junior lien holders have been properly notified/served in the case of a judicial foreclosure proceeding?

I firmly believe that major businesses will also begin slowly shifting south, A recent study conducted by Harvard with data provided from Yelp in Sept 2017, said that the top 10 cities for economic growth all come from the southern half of the USA.
