Hey Sophie MacDonaldI grew up in that area, I would say in that price point your best opportunities for flips close to home would be out toward the Shelburne area, Grand Valley or Arthur.

If you're from Utah you might consider West Valley and Magna ghetto if you're from other states you would laugh at what locals think is scary.
