This is my first post and I look forward to the help that this great community provides.I'm in the process of forming a partnership with two to three individuals to flip houses and need an experienced attorney to help create a fair and comprehensive contract. 

I have a very strong network locally and know a bunch of attorneys and other individuals who have traveled to Island after recent events.

Watermark gets pools of notes from banks and makes them available for individual purchase so you don't necessarily need a lot of capital to get started in this business.

BUT, it takes time to get to that level if you don't have rich parents or a trust fund to dip in to.  

Yup MUCH harder but still good deals just not as rich!

My lender was quickenloans beleive it or not.Im actually trying to use a 2nd va loan the do the same scenario ive narrowed down another 2 duplex properties owed by the same individual but i do not believe they are on the same deed.

Real estate is not a get-rich scheme.  

I spoke to some great members individually but never got to the meetings.

I do individual loans, secured by individual properties.  

The regulations do not apply to:-primary residences-individual room rentals (less than the entire dwelling).
