Is your DSCR ratio greater than 1-meaning are you cash flowing (according to the lender's criteria of mortgage, property taxes and insurance (and HOA) if applicable).

Look at lower ARV properties 200k and below and you'll probably find some that can work as a flip or a BRRRR even with current interest rates.I also would recommend meeting with a lender and describing your goals. 

You can automate your self and spend 15 minutes a week reviewing pricing in your market and adjust as needed.

Lenders will advice buying in your personal name, then deeding the Title to the LLC.

Questions for investors investing in Indiana: Since Indiana operates as a title state, do you, as an investor, utilize an attorney to review contracts when purchasing off-market listings?
