Are you from Lodi because I have been researching that area for real estate.

I had researched loans and read several times online that approximately 70% (not sure of the exact #) of the rents could be used in the scenario of pre-approval in the case of multiunits.

I am going to research each point and reply in kind.

I called my lawyer and asked him why I was paying for title insurance through Old Republic when he was the one doing the title research.

I'm fairly new to real estate investing and am currently doing research on rehab opportunities in Pittsburgh.

Not sure if this is the same story.... but their facts were not well researched.
