You've got to get the plumber out that can move the quickest and instead of the line being 50 feet long it sits behind a parking lot so it's $150 feet long.

The plumber fixed the problem but left the yard a huge mess and they also left the new cleanout pipe sticking out of the ground a foot high right in the middle of the yard.

I have felt that the ones with a good reputation will grant extensions...but certainly ask whatever lender you are working with to find out what their policy is.
