I kindly ask for 5 minutes of your time to fill out this questionnaire on tenant evictions.Landlords often face risks when leasing properties since the cost of evictions can leave a huge burden on the owner when accounting for legal fees, court costs, financial damages, property damages, and lost rent.

You pay taxes on the property for 4+ years, pay a lot of legal fees for an attorney to do the suit to quiet title so you can take 1% ownership?!?!? 

Well insurers are pulling out of Florida, California, Colorado and Louisiana left and right.

She does this type of thing for a small monthly fee.  

I don’t see why someone would deliberately not do all the maintenance and work orders, pest control, pay for garbage pick up etc… Who knows, maybe this is just a really badddd manager that just wants to collect fees and not do anything, but if the tenants don’t pay, they don’t get paid either.

We were definitely going to pull required permits, which was going to be annoying because so much requires a permit in MN, but wanted to take advantage of resources in our community -- for example, my FIL is a retired HVAC tech who offered to out in vents and/or mini-split system. 

sorry for my delayed reply all of this input from all of you is great and i really appreciate it. basically the most important thing i gathered is to be upfront and transparent with what im trying to do when i find a deal and be honest with the seller because i am not trying to pull one over on the seller or do anything unethical here i just want to be a good wholesaler that can help people and make some money in doing so thanks again

There is only a security deposit, rent, and fees (i.e. for a background check, pets, etc.). 

We own other properties that require full rehab, so pulling the cash out will finance the other deals; that is the main consideration for selling. 

Or pull a list of these companies?
