Imagine your Goal is to find Financial Security (first) and eventually complete Financial Freedom (leave the Corporate gig) and you want to achieve in the next 10 years a monthly net income of 30k monthly, become an expert, and dedicate your professional (and great part of the personal) life to this industry.

I learned VERY quickly to put an age limit on it and explicitly state in the ad that we don't allow parties.2 bookings within a month where those little highschoolers threw a party. 

This is a group of professionals that voluntarily commit to a higher standard.

From what I have read, banks would not loan to new LLC's without proof of income.Furthermore, I have inquired for a lawyer's assistance with LLC formation and he quoted me $2000 to $2,500 for professional fees.  

I've done a number of deals with investors I met at the REIA.Propelio is also an awesome event, they have more of a party atmosphere.

The hardest part is finding the deal, the rest is a bunch easier.

I don't pay professionals for their work, I pay them to teach me. 

Not sure about LA, but in Chicago you used to need to be a "Registered Energy Professional".

Also look for referrals from real estate agents or brokers.I use 3-4 attorneys for different things and all of them came along the way from me watching how they conducted business or referrals from other professionals.
