I would like to build a network of people who want to help each other grow their real estate business. 

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

I also would like to connect to a landlord or real estate professional in that area, to discuss a mutually beneficial relationship, so asked about that.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

Hey everyone, I recently stumbled across the Bigger Pockets network through the Real Estate Rookie podcast with Tony & Ashley and have enjoyed learning about different real estate investment strategies.

What type(s) of investing do you do now, what types of networking do you want to do..multi-family, flips, LTR, STR. 

Too many to list . . .Self-managing for now Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
