It is a shock for any normal, honest, law-abiding citizen the first few times you're in these areas - I know it was for me!

Whoever wrote the movie probably wanted more shock and awe to make the crooked broker look even worse.  

I am truly shocked at how many folks on here are ready to immediately write off a $200,000 A-Class asset because of a $3,000/year variance.If $3,000/year makes or breaks an investment that large for you, you are taking your eye off the ball & getting lost in the spreadsheets. 

When I called the listing agent, I was shocked to learn that the asking price was $356,000.
