My primary focus for the Houston RE market are flips and wholesaling.I'm also interested in attending RE meetups and networking sessions if anyone knows of goods meetup dates this is something I'm highly interested in as well.I'm pretty new to the Houston Tx market and would like to know more about knowledge on the area such as up and coming neighborhoods, market trends and general location of the neighborhoods.

Visiting a lot of properties also helped me get "desensitized" to the beauty of some of the properties I have seen so that I could focus mainly on the numbers and the property features.Analyze some potential rental properties even though you do not intent to purchase them.

He does give a lot of actionable advice, but his sales content does need to be changed a bit based on the industry you're in and the buyer type.Re: his syndications and Reg A fund, I would only be concerned with how the assets will do in the long run, since he seems to be focused on owning the nicest property in the neighborhood.
