You will find that a lot of people love the appeal of notes but don't take action and/or use their resources such as bigger pockets.

Three times usually works if your demand is reasonable and the tenant feels an obligation to pay you.

Dear folks,Other than realtor.com and sleeve or pocket listings (or your own realtor) which site (s) do you go to multi family searches in Canada?

As for small multifamily, they are pocketed in the downtown Reno and downtown Sparks areas. 

How much are you actually out of pocket?
