They say they don't have funds to keep up another park.

Flat fee services, multiple layer and level packages (Silver, Gold, Platinum) have accompanied all kinds of other offerings, tenant and eviction insurance, marketing fees, reporting fees, tech fees, and even talk-to-a-real person fees.

Hey Abhishek, I've been investing in Detroit personally since 2019.

My personal SFH built in 2019 has been on the rental market since Oct. 2023.

As that will at least help folks that you reach out to know that you are a real person, with a picture and professional bio.

Personally we avoid the "blow and go" contractors.
