Selling a property in College Park (wholeale) and it's love it or hate it ... who else has sold here?

Separate utilities, plenty of parking and each having it's own individual porch are just a few of the benefits.

This requires me to park money or put more money into the deal at the end.

I am currently looking for RV Park management companies in the TX Gulf Coast Area.

Apparently, the Building department is weighing the question if the house needs a garage to obtain a C.O. or is the driveway sufficient to provide the parking the Municipality requires.

It isn't a free service, from what I've seen, I believe the costs range from $100-200 per cert. per animal.You are allowed to ask for official documentation from the medical/mental professional who provided the ESA/ADA certification to verify the legitimacy of the animal.

I would look into surrounding areas as well like Taylor, Dearborn heights, Southfield, Redford, Lincoln park and several others. 

Taylor, Thanks, yes it was a great project, we renovated nealry all 112 units with new kitchens, baths, flooring, digital equipment like smart locks, nest thermostats, installed a common area on the 8th floor with new windows overlooking the lake and then some other cool things like EV station, Dog Park - all common areas, new office - really changed the entire dynamic of the sapce.
