You have decent communication skills.

You just need to communicate it to the investors effectively.

With all the back-lash against higher education and "elitism" (I've even seen it here on this forum), those that have the opportunity to get the type of education that is required to develop the technology to win this "war" are being discouraged from doing so.Improve our educational system, once again encourage our citizens to become the most technically advanced in the world (instead of discouraging it), and then we'll be able to fight this "war" in more effective ways than putting ten thousand troops into a random village.In addition, take the $100B this country is going to spend in the next 5 years on advanced aircraft that won't do us any good in this particular war, and use that money to build communications technology that WILL allow us to disrupt our enemies, as well as build technology like that which Bryan is working on, which can accomplish much more for much less cost, risk, and collateral damage.Ask any military historian what the most instrumental part of winning WWII was, and he won't say the atom bomb or our superior aircraft -- he'll say it was our ability to break into our enemy's communications channels and then ultimately break their codes -- allowing us access to their strategies and locations.

If you are talking about pure flips with no rehab, it all depends on:•How well you know the current area market•How good your negotiator is•How good your listing agent is at establishing a true value for a quick sale•If the market is stable, rising or falling•How good of a job you do in communicating with sellers, agents, buyers, etc.•Working with lenders to finance your C buyer is a must•How efficient and fast you are in managing the flow of needed documents, etc.•The work load of the lender•Is there PMI•The investor that owns the loan•Murphy’s Law can hit you at any time!

Civil discourse is a necessary ingredient in any attempt to communicate.

Unless I'm reading this wrong or don't have all the information - it looks like they choose which bank account they will access (or all, if they choose).

Out of the blue the lender stopped communicating with me and sent notice that I was in default on the loan to the tenant at the rental property.

I've been in communication w a lender that "claim" they can do 100%.

You can fool some of the people all of the time or all of the people some of the time!
