So, if I were in your shoes and had this issue to get someone their, I would say"if I give you $10,000 to start this week, could you put a couple guys on it"You will see in his body language that if he needs some capital ( money ) he willwait about 5-8 seconds to think it out and then he will say "yes" I can start this week!
