It's crucial to be patient and allow for the proper nurturing time.

It allows me to focus on what I love about real estate, helping people make money or find good deals, and it allows me to be patient building my business. 

Exploitative health care system, no real wage increase in decades, some of the highest obesity rates in the world, poor education system (= uneducated people), gun culture everywhere.

You can afford these deals now because you were patient and set up a network of short-term income that provided money and experience and now you can do deals on that next level.

Some will tell you that seminars will keep you from making mistakes and that is bs; you  will make mistakes if you are working at RE at all.Be patient, wait until you find a real deal and not some "just about" deal so that you can get into the business.  

He didn't make his money in real estate so I'm not sure he'd understand BRRRR or be patient enough for the return.

They are patient and understand the opportunity a good investor is for their business.
