Since no one has responded, I'll take a stab: I take great pain in explaining to people that my units are what I consider "clean" when they move in, but my mother's version of clean might be a higher standard.

There is a mother & her adult son living there, he is a glass blower.

In all our years of landlording, we only had one tenant that left the property in pristine condition - she said she cleaned as if her mother were coming over ;)

The tenant's brother-in-law and mother-in-law bought houses in the same community so they would like to live in the community as well.
