Give yourself at least a week to turnover a property after a tenant moves outChallenges: Our first tenant left large holes in the walls and a lot of personal items in the house upon move out.

It's a nasty puke green color and there are some structural integrity issues with shed- tarp on portion of the roof, small holes in the shed, plywood as the door, etc.

The driveway is cracked and has a big hole behind one of the parking spaces, so it would probably need to be completely replaced.The color of the house i think could also be better, it's kind of a sad brown with no character or brightness.

Someone kicks the door in (vandalism), pokes holes in the walls to rip out the copper pipes (vandalism), rips the pipes out and has them piled up in the living room (vandalism).If they get spooked and run off leaving all the metal on site - this should be viewed as a Vandalism claim based off my past experience.
