Thought with Covid I'm struggling to find lenders at the moment.

Because of COVID, I am unemployed at the moment but still have substantial savings where I can make the mortgage payment by doing short term rentals. 

My wheelbarrel and lawn mower are out of the shed at the moment, and once they are in there, the bike will not fit.
