keep in mind lenders and mentors don't magically appear since you paid 25k.. you can find lenders in your local market just google them.. not saying you could not get some value I am not anti paid coaching but these vegas events tend to be pitch fest with up sell at every turn

You can meet lots of like minded helpful people there ( not like gurus where sell you dreams but don’t teach you any actionable task)

The customers don't necessarily mind if there is a PM or not.

That is a bold-faced lie in the world of lending and that individual does not have your best interests in mind.

Account Closed  One other important point to keep in mind - if you're buying a new primary residence (a home where you will live), there is no limit on the number of financed properties for conventional loans. 

Larger roof, more expensive fixtures, higher labour costs in more expensive markets.Keep in mind that everything about costs and income are extremely rough guestimates at the very best based primarily on industry data gathered over decades involving millions of investment properties. 

I spoke to a local Bar owner and he said we can do it at his place as long as it doesn’t coincide with big sporting events.....and we drink a bit.

Still have a great job for a great company (recently promoted even) but I have come to the realization that I'm working my hiney off to make someone else financially free instead of "minding MY business".
