I have done good at South Atlantic bank.. although to my knowledge I am there only out of area borrower..Most of these banks will only lend to you if you live there or at least have a second home there.it took me 3 years and many turn downs to get to them. but now we are on project 7 or 8 in the last 18 months and I find our personal banker there to be very helpful and of course the essance of a Southern Gentlemen.

I would like to put solar on my rentals but seeing as the tenants pay the electric bills and those properties don't qualify for the tax credit, I haven't done it yet (although I may sometime anyway, after all other critical Cap Ex projects are completed).

The sheriff came on-site to ensure that neither I or the project got hammered.Depending on how much more work more work needs to be done and how much more that work would cost, you may be able to hire the workers directly and make them whole and in the process avoid them filing liens on your property.

This means that a company may offer a complete solution or package whereby they build / rehab and supply rental income properties, new or existing, where you simply purchase a slice of a portfolio of properties or individual property and start earning a rental amount from that investment after the expenses.So now that we understand that part, can the same be said or done for Rehab services providers or projects
