Currently my license is in "Unassigned" status.

If in CA the policy costs more based on entity type, does a rental property cost more to insure based on your marital status too?

Account Closed kind of pointed this out, but I think it deserves to be mentioned here (with all the back and forth) that whether or not a tenant is gross or clean has nothing to do with their socio-economic status.

I think an interesting spin off to this conversation would be what first world problems did you not have pre millionaire status vs now post? 

Shemin from which I derived so much value that I've bought for my grown daughters to give them inspiration in looking beyond the status quo.  

CL should require trusted status and verified identity for all advertisements. 

We had a fire two years back and fire victims get first-in-line status for any permits for rebuilding, remodeling, etc.

@Adam Guiffrida Can you explain a little more about the current status of the rental registrations?

I got 11 properties in Birmingham, Atlanta, Indianapolis - and that move really played a part in getting me to that accredited investor status.
