There are so many good advantages to using the build to rent model.  

We currently live out of state, so we had to tack on extra days to our visit along with extra hotel expenses in order to make sure everything was fixed.

Many states are starting to prohibit wholesaling, so make sure your state isn’t one of those.

Some have very little involvement in the actual operations of the properties, so if you are seeking asset management help, I would be sure to ask what the mentor's level of expertise is in that area.Who would I actually be working with?  

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

leave the old **** houses alone cheap doesn't mean good. if it was so good reits and institutions would be doing it.
