You ARE allowed to do that with a SDROTHIRA.In my case, most of my existing retirement saving, which is much larger than what I contribute due to income limitations, was ALREADY in a ROTH.

But more to my question is it possible to negotiate some sort of incentives on the back end of the deal such as after rehab equity like if I am going todo a deferred financing deal after rehab.

I paid 250k for it.. association is maybe 100 a month and its a 50X60 .. we had two cirrus in it and a champ.. and all sorts of other toys one MUST have LOL.. some of our neighbors though had full on man caves with apartments etc in them.
