If the kitchen cabinets are IKEA, the toe kick should be removable.

We just moved to Lakeland FL and I work in Tampa as an interior designer.  

Beautiful renovated 1 bed room 1 bathroom queens apartment built and designed the way we want it.

It is not my strength to make good design choices and it was difficult to make decisions on design choices. 

Based on customer service, website design and functionally, any problems, tech support, company philosophy, etc.....?

Damage went through the floor and into the ceiling and walls of kitchen and laundry room below.June 7: Insurance company sends someone to inspect damage, set humidifiersJune 10: They come back to remove humidifiers June 14: Insurance submits claim and payment to meAt this point, the tenants father, who is in the business of plumbing and renovations, informs me that they seriously underpaid for the amount of damage. 

I replaced the roof, water tank, updated, electrical, updated the kitchen, refinished and stained the original hardwood floors, renovated the bathroom, Basically I did a total renovation!

Does anyone have any insights on how much we should budget for cosmetic rehab (i.e kitchen/bathroom upgrades, etc)?
