Also I have heard some negative things about countrywide (homeloans) from friends and the internet (http://www.countrywidehomeloansucks.com, and www.ripoffreport.com) does anyone here have any comments about their dealings with countrywide?

Should I get on the counties web site, or do I need to go to one of the pay websites out there to get the info I need (which is what exactly??)?

I myself am not in real estate however, I build sites ad optimize them for real estate business.
