Cashflow is going to be a bit difficult to come by if you are purchasing a (more or less) turnkey property with 20% down.

I have just purchased my first duplex.

It always amazes me on different vacation rental forums when hosts are always quick to assume the worst of guests and their intentions.

Hi Jon, What price point are you looking to target on the new purchase? 

I now come to find out that this is not the case, and it only has one gas meter and one water meter shared between both units.My question is, since this is an as-is purchase, do I have any recourse in this situation?

I'd like to upload the purchase documents.Anyone have a suggestion?
