NO some do and some are fine with financing.. you may want to pop on roofstock and see what they have listed..right now though you are competing with cash buyers so everything being equal sellers will take cash over the pain and brain drain of dealing with lenders..

@Ted Klein I've already learned through trial by fire that dealing with a historical district committee can be a major pain but as long the holding cost for the extended timeframe is accounted for in your budget there's usually not much of an issue.
