If you are unlicensed you won't get into Equator which is their main platform to work the short sale.I am not a fan of HAFA because the "lender" sets the list price and it's usuallly grossly inflated.

Now we've increased the debt ceiling another $2+ trillion so this will only add to it combined with the bond interest rates which are sure to rise I'm sure we'll be at 50 cents on the dollar and in a real pinch soon unless somebody starts doing some serious cutting.

In the FOMC statement they say "The Committee currently anticipates that economic conditions--including low rates of resource utilization and a subdued outlook for inflation over the medium run--are likely to warrant exceptionally low levels for the federal funds rate at least through mid-2013."
