Do you see these areas being more popular for rentals now that a lot of JC has become expensive, and does anyone have experience with rental properties in and around there?

The Condo/Townhome Market: Incredibly enough the condo market is doing even better than single-family homes!

With the popularity of real estate investing and the many avenues of funding available, it would seem that the market would be more challenging now than it was just a few years ago.
