Howehere’s no reason I can’t rent this house out (if renting is profitable) and refi and pull out money once I renovate to get into that multi unit in  a year. 

I don't do individual appointments anymore for reasons you mentioned above.

One of the reasons I feel rushed to get into something is that I am not sure how long I'll actually be living in the city of Huntsville, AL.

Honesty is the best policy, but there is also no reason to divulge more than someone asked for.

Another reason to get your real estate license like minded driven women.. 

Obviously, it kind of sucks for us to discover foundation issues but a smart seller I would imagine realizes that he is just going to have to deal with this issue coming up again with the next buyer if he ends up sending you away so I am trying to hold my ground while being reasonable.

I am doing my best due diligence of course, and it is for that reason that I am here.

But for what ever reason it would need a portfolio loan.

The reason why I am writing is because I wanted to introduce myself as a new investor who lives in a market that he cannot afford so we have to look to other markets in order to find deals that can meet our criteria such as the 1% rule.
