I currently have enough saved up to knock down half of my $19,000 in student loans.

My husband approves of this venture, but has no interest in being involved himself and would not want his name on any of the paperwork.My question is: would a lender use the full amount of my current mortgage in calculating my debt-to-income ratio, or would they say that I am only responsible for half of it, since my husband's income also goes towards that loan?

Once we were about to bid on a property and we had someone walk the property (it appeared vacant) and sure enough half the house was gone. 

In half the states I do business in there are no disclosures. 

It was never enough but typically cut the losses in half.

Made for a nice ribbon cutting photo opp and essentially ruined another half a block as those 200 new free condo dwellers have about 500 friends camping outside.

My property manager charges a half a months rent to find a tenant if I will have them manage the unit at $100 per month. 

Are there any devices that I can control from a few hundred miles away from my rentals?

My city also has 2 Transit Oriented Development sites (where the passenger train will stop), which is where the majority of the 3 and 4 story apartments are being built (within say3/4 -1 mile away.)
