Honestly the responses seemed decidedly genuine.  2nd level referrals are generally more reliable than 1st level referrals.  

The thought inspired me to continue writing.  

Instead, we opened a can of worms that lead us through one of the most grueling and rewarding educations we had ever experienced.The outcome of that introduction was really 3-fold: 1) We were more determined than ever to succeed; 2) We appreciated the difference between theoretical, inspirational information versus practical, real-life information; and 3) We can be a greater service to ourselves, the community, and other investors, by providing responsible, intelligent and conscientious construction contracting and property management.We live and work in the city and understand its dynamics, so the majority of our business takes place there.  

That doesn't inspire confidence in someone who is looking for someone to whom they're considering signing over the biggest investment of their life.  

Hello Appreciated community, this post is to seek some advice.This will be my very first REI venture, I have found a deal online a couple of days ago, I went to see the property and met the wholesaler (he looks cool and genuine) and we had this option to buy for 650k or JV  for 615k. 

It's easy to blame the tenants in this scenario, but a lot of renters genuinely don't understand how to care for a home.

My mom became a RE agent in South Florida over a year ago and has been my inspiration.
